In the great Hurricane Season of 2008, I finally got to take a vacation and go on a cruise planned and booked by your excellent staff.  As always, things never go smoothly.  I originally booked the trip with a friend in July. But then in the middle of August, we learned she would be unable to travel for health reasons. Grief stricken at the thought of losing out on my only vacation in two years, we contacted your office. Pat was wonderful!  She helped us by contacting the cruise line to see what could be done to save my vacation and expertly took care of all the necessary changes. We went on the cruise the past weekend and it was FABULOUS!  Without the help of your expert staff, my vacation would have been lost. Your expertise and kindness were invaluable during the process.
